I take adderal everyday for adhd. I have dengue and discovered today. What do I do? Can I continue?

If you have been diagnosed with dengue, the priority is supportive care and avoiding anything that may increase the risk of complications.

Regarding Adderall (amphetamine), there is no strong evidence that it directly worsens dengue. However, some important considerations:
